The High Commission’s Press and Public Affairs Section undertakes activities aimed at promoting the United Kingdom, its policies, trade and other interests. It presents the UK and the High Commission, to the media and to influential individuals, institutions and the public.

Press & Public Affairs Section, with Political Section, can arrange sponsored visits to and from the UK by Maltese Government Ministers, senior officials and local authorities, the business community and other organisations. They also organise projects with local organisations that help strengthen the very close ties between the UK and Malta.
